Everyone is so nice here and my apartment is pretty much brand new remodeled. Melanie the property manager was a great help with getting me comfortable here and always offering her assistance with anything I need. Also their maintenance team seems to always go out of their way to maintain the cleanliness of the property which is visually appealing when walking. Melanie, the property manager, at The Hinsdale Apartment Homes helped me find the perfect place for me to live. Everyone here is very warm and welcoming. Also, the maintenance team is amazing in always keeping the apartments and amenities in tip-top shape!

The Hinsdale Apartment Homes offers pet friendly one, two, and three bedroom homes in the affluent and prestigious community of Hinsdale, Illinois. Escape to a tranquil community nestled amongst 7 acres and surrounded by two lakes, the perfect setting for an evening stroll or bike ride. I was greeted with an empty salad box in the parking lot in front of the leasing office. I looked at the Jarvis and Broadway units. Overall they seemed alright but the kitchens had a crusty coil-style stove instead of the all-glass style stove they have in the photos of their website.
Whenever there is an issue in my unit, there is always a quick response that gets the issue resolved the first time. I moved in about a month ago and I am loving it here! Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming to myself and my dog Toula. Anytime I have needed anything from the office they have been very helpful and very responsive. Since we moved in 5 days ago, everyone has been nice.

Without asking, the complex put a mineable ramp in front of our unit to assist me since I have a disability. Didn't use it but the intent was appreciated. The welcome folder was very helpful but I would suggest to include a list of nearby restaurants that deliver. The apartment community is nice, I can always find someone to talk to when I am taking out the trash or when I am on a stroll.
Our new maintenance worker was very helpful and went the extra mile to fix our exhaust properly. We appreciate the A-1 service from all the staff. We’re also thankful for the properties ongoing exterior cleanliness and timely service. Reviews are submitted by verified residents of the apartment community. Homestead Apartments
They wouldn’t give me a firm answer about the garages on the spot and emailed me a few hours later to tell me there were no garages available. The only thing this apartment complex has going for it is the landscaping and the location. Hinsdale is an upscale suburban community located about twenty miles west of the Chicago Loop. The rental market is predominately made up of single-family homes, with a few apartment communities in the mix as well. I am not one to make reviews, but after having the most wonderful experience I just had to.

It is a quiet neighborhood and the people around here seem to be nice. The maintenance staff is great and the office staff have been very responsive.

Living here for 2 1/2 years and loving it. Feels so good to call this community home it's so quiet, well kept, the place is maintained and updated and everyone is super friendly. If you have any issues they are always on top of them tending to your needs in a moment's notice. They have a young lady Melanie who is super friendly and helpful. What you get for your money is alot more than any other complex around. This apartment community was built in 1971 and has 3 stories with 105 units.
